General Information
If at any time you need assistance, please find the nearest staffer or visit our info booth. You can request to speak to a Chair at any time by asking a staffer to “Page -A-Chair”. If you are unable to find someone or come to info booth, please use the assistance lines listed below.
At the request of the hotels: Outside food cannot be consumed in the general hotel spaces (i.e. lobby) or restaurants and must be taken to your hotel room.
Hotel purchased alcohol is allowed in convention spaces unless otherwise noted by the space or panelist. Outside alcohol is not allowed outside of your hotel room. Anyone consuming outside alcohol in hotel or convention spaces may be ejected by the venues.

Parade Info
Our fursuit parade this year will begin at 1pm on Saturday with door opening for lineup half an hour beforehand in Main Events (Calvert Ballroom, LBH 3rd Floor)
The parade will go down stairs and go outside, so suiters (and handlers) please plan accordingly!
Suggested viewing zones for the parade: LBH 2nd Floor, LBH Lobby Level (aside from the space between the stairs and the front door), any sidewalks opposite either hotel or the rest of the block the hotels are on.
The third floor foyer will be closed to anyone other than staff, fursuiters and a single handler when pre-parade line up starts. Please do not gather for viewing on the 3rd floor, near the LBH front desk, or on the near-side sidewalks where our suiters will be walking. We are not crossing any streets, and we will NOT be in the roads. We are utilizing public sidewalks, please try not to impede pedestrians or businesses. Our safety team will be recommending to public walkers to consider using sidewalks on the other side of the street.
Please obey any instructions given by convention staff, appropriately marked downtown baltimore employees, or law enforcement. If any deviation to the route is required, convention staff monitors will be present.
Please do not attempt to do any soliciting or sales of anything along the parade route. Doing so is a violation of convention rules, and may be illegal.
