The Furry Flea Market takes place on Sunday of the convention. Here you can set up and sell your gently‑used fursuits, plushies, artwork, comics, collectibles, accessories, and more! No pre‑registration is required.

Line‑Up & Check‑In

  • Line‑up starts approximately 30 mins before the scheduled time.
  • To keep things fair, we don’t let anyone pick their table spot. Tables are assigned starting with the spots nearest the entrance and working backward. The earlier you line up, the better your chance of a prime location.
  • We ask for a $20 donation to sell.

How to Sell

  • Purchase your convention admission and pick up your badge.
  • Line up at the main flea‑market room
  • When check‑in starts, staff will assign you a spot.
  • Be present at your table when the market opens to the public – we can’t watch your items for you.

Table Info

  • One half‑table per person (unless otherwise directed by staff).
  • You’re welcome to use the space beneath your table as well.
  • Tables are first‑come, first‑served.
  • If you want to sell as a group, all members must be present before we seat you.

Hallway Selling

Selling in the hallways is not allowed. If the market reaches capacity, a separate line will be formed for waiting sellers. As soon as a space opens, we’ll seat you immediately.

Rules

Permitted Merchandise

  • Fursuit parts, accessories, and costumes
  • Plushies and soft‑toy creations
  • Artwork and Prints you no longer want.
  • Comics, graphic novels, and sci‑fi/fantasy books (no more than 50 % of your total items)
  • Collectible figurines, pins, and badges
  • 18 + items, provided they are appropriately covered or concealed

Not Permitted

  • Bootleg or counterfeit merchandise
  • Items that infringe on copyrighted characters or brands
  • Autographed items from current convention guests (unless permission is granted)
  • Crafted items that could be considered “artwork” sold as finished goods without proper disclosure
  • Anything containing bodily fluids or illegal substances
  • Raffles, lotteries, games of chance, or any other ticketed items
  • Solicitation for donations
  • Drugs and drug paraphernalia

The list may not be exhaustive; staff reserve the right to allow or disallow items as needed.

Shop Fronts

Because we have a dealer room with exhibitors who pay for space, we do not allow dealers or shop fronts of any kind to sell in the Furry Flea Market. This includes, but is not limited to, eBay shops, Mercari shops, Etsy shops, etc.

Adopting business practices similar to a dealer – such as charging sales tax or handing out business cards – will result in removal from the event.

Tips

  • Bring plenty of change.
  • Keep someone at your table if you need to step away briefly.
  • Transport your items in a rolling suitcase or cart to avoid carrying everything manually.
  • If you need assistance during the market, visit the Market Desk located at the entrance to the event.

Enjoy the Furry Flea Market and happy selling!
