Join the Staff!

If you’re looking for a more involved role, consider joining our staff! This position is both rewarding and demanding, perfect for those who are passionate about conventions and eager to bring their creativity to the table. Staff are the heart and soul of our event. Depending on your role, most of your hours could be at the event, or spread out throughout the year.

What We’re Looking For:

• Commitment: Be at least 18 years old and able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours during the convention.
• Team Spirit: Have reliable transportation and provide at least two references.
• Experience is a Plus: Familiarity with conventions is helpful, but not mandatory!

As part of the staff, you’ll contribute to planning months in advance, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from registration to programming. Your hard work behind the scenes will shape an incredible experience for all attendees.
