Noisy Guest Conduct Guidelines

  1. Quiet‑Hour Exemption
Rooms in the Noisy Block are not bound by the hotel’s standard quiet‑hour policy. Guests may stay up late and enjoy moderate noise levels than in regular rooms.
  2. Respectful Noise Levels
While louder activity is permitted, noise must remain at a respectful volume. Excessively loud music, shouting, or other disruptive sounds that disturb neighboring guests are not allowed.
  3. Occupancy Limits
Each room may host no more than the maximum occupancy stated on the reservation confirmation. Overcrowding a room is prohibited.
  4. No Raucous Parties
The Noisy Block is not a venue for large‑scale parties. Gatherings should be informal and limited to the occupants of the room. Hosting organized events, DJ sets, or activities that attract non‑guests is forbidden.
  5. Ranger Oversight
Designated Rangers will monitor the block. If a room’s noise exceeds acceptable limits, Rangers will request that the occupants lower the volume or, if necessary, “shut down” the activity until it complies with these guidelines.
  6. Compliance Consequences
    • First warning: Verbal reminder from a Ranger.
    • Second warning: Hotel may arrive with a ranger to issue a warning.
    • Continued non‑compliance: Room will be “shut down” and all occupants not on the reservation will need to vacate. Hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations and remove occupants of the room at their discretion.
  7. Cleanliness & Property Care
Guests must keep their Noisy‑Block rooms tidy and free of damage. Any mess, spill, or broken item must be cleaned up promptly, and any damage caused will be the guest’s responsibility and may incur a charge. Garbage bags are available to assist with this.
  8. Guest Responsibility
All occupants are expected to act responsibly, respect fellow guests, and adhere to the above rules to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone in the Noisy Block.

If you understand all the rules above, then feel free to submit your information to have your room placed in the noisy block.
